Jaire is still just scratching the surface of his ability. You could see his confidence grow during A-10 play and his on-court performance reflected that.

I won't be surprised if he's an all-conference selection the next two seasons.

His biggest growth was the mental aspect. He didn't pout as much if a call didn't go his way or if he missed a shot. Huge upside!

Strong argument can be made they play better without him. Greene and JDS are the future so this means more minutes for them. If we had a chance at a tournament bid Grayer would be a better fit but thats long gone so here we are.

Strong arguement can also be made that without him we are no better than 7th to 12th this year with 2 and done on A10 tourney. If Greene and JDS are the future, then the future is now. Neither have proven to be complete players. Jds is way off, and Green still hasnt found a consistent shot. So here we go again, trying to keep up.
