Gentlemen - take a closer look at the photo -- it is being taken from teh Concourse one flight of stairs up. The green things are the close up railings from that platform. Once you account for perspective - you will realize its pretty big.

The possibilities are pretty endless with the video board..the real question is just how many times will section 115 end up on the video board every game

While we have a video board, lets see if we can actually have someone with a camera walk around the arena before we think of that sort of stuff lol

yes after 30 years I cannot take that guy anymore.

Also with new video board need to coordinate Doc nix with overhead music.

Some type of rousing overhead music can be played at the beginning of the game and during comebacks. Sometimes the green machine stops the rhythm of the excitement at particular moments. I love the green machine but we need 85% green machine - 15 & overhead music - especially with the video board firing everyone up. Just my take!

I don't care if it's copying Tech, but there's nothing like Enter Sandman by Metallica. That should be what we come out to for warmups.

The announcer has to go. He is the voice of the gameday experience and he sounds old and unexcited, and like he is just reciting lines that are in front of him. I remember a few years back when the women's team announcer filled in for a game and he was very good. The question is why do we still have him? Is there a movement to keep him? Does he have his own fan page or something? Is he is related to Kathy McKay?

Well one off-season topic that we can still complain about lol. Has anyone actually emailed Brad or asked someone about the announcer to find out what the deal is or is this another one of those "lets just talk on the message board" topics.

Since we've been picked to finish 10th in the A10 and may feel we're being hated on, I say let's use Du Hast (You Hate in German) as our intro. In my opinion that song will get the crowd up just as much, especially when the guitars come in.

Actually Du Hasst is hate not Du Hast -- its a play on words off of a traditional German wedding vow.

Linguistics aside - great intro song or we could follow the German trend with Balls to the Walls by Accept.
