Every close game this team has won this year has been because of guard play down the stretch but I guess your right because DERRRR SIZE!
When Kier, Mar, and Greene are getting outmuscled for rebounds, which lead to 11 second chance points in the last 5:00 minutes of a tightening game, going small might not be the best solution? I don't think anyone is suggesting that Calixte is in there with 2:00 minutes remaining and us inbounding the ball, but maybe an offense-defense substitution similar to what SJU's coach was doing with Funk?
All I was saying is, if we didn't give up so many second and third chance opportunities to SJU down the stretch, this game would have never gotten close, and I think that largely had to do with the fact that our guards were in there trying to get rebounds in spots where a 5 normally would dominate (like right under the basket).
