Maybe Oduro. Maybe. Or maybe you just weren't ready to accept that he wasn't absolute garbage yet in November.
He was absolute garbage in November. Shitty team with no big man depth and still couldn’t get PT. He’s still not good but a lot better than November

Oduro for sure, I’m still waiting to see Mar string this together before I’m sold he’s back. He needs to have a good tournament for me to feel comfortable that these last two haven’t been a fluke. I’m not sold yet after how the other 28 games went for him this year.
Oh mar is horrible. But mar was abysmal in November.

Again, I think you're misremembering due to your preconceptions heading into the season. He averaged 4 and 3 in November. He is basically averaging 5 and 4 now. He scored 10 points in his second game (his season high is 11).

I do think he has improved (as a freshman should), but not as much as I would like.

I think it’s a hard question to answer because they were playing such crappy teams in November.
True. It's more of an eye test/ gut feeling question. My gut says XJ and Oduro had the typical freshman growth just due to comfort in the college game.

I'm concerned that none of the sophomores or juniors really showed much improvement during the season. AJ certainly is improved from last season. Since November? I don't know.

Who is “jocking” DP. I haven’t seen anyone on here make a case that he is doing anything great in weeks. I have seen people correct information or address exaggerations, but again I don’t recall anyone singing his praises in a long time.

Some of you DP haters are so Delusional with your hatred we can’t even have a factual discussion without you blaming us for DP. If you want to fight with people about DP I have some suggestions:
Talk to the AD
Talk to the faithful that will support him no matter what
Talk to the donors that give regardless of our ADs poor decisions and don’t force him to make prudent changes
Talk to DP

plenty of places and people to get angry with. The people on here are not your problem, though.

you’re trying to rationalize with someone who bashes the program, never has anything positive to say, coined “g Mas”, and called one of our biggest fans and donors, T-shirt guy “creepy”, continuously.

godspeed my friend.

All truths mostly, although I do compliment some of the players who have some talent. Don’t forget I bash creepy PA guy too. He’s awful.

that’s a really good question. It’s worrisome because if this team is going to be anything next year with or without Boyd kier or AJ, they need Javon.

I’ve never been sold on Javon as a go to player. He’s always been streaky and makes some bad decisions each game. Thought he’d be better as a role player.

But in a year where he could have been “the guy” and showed flashes of that, he find himself suspended and coming off the bench the last few games. Kind of head scratching

Lol well an ounce of critical thinking would tell you that this is not possible. I heard a homeless man once tell me he was sleeping with the First Lady, doesn't mean it makes sense or is true.
Dude, if I wanted to hear from an a$$hole I'd fart.

I spoke to a high level individual from the AD office after the St. Louis game tonight. He confirmed that everyone is returning next season, with the likey exception of Justin Kier. It turns out that Kier played in one too many games to be eligible for a red shirt. They will attempt to get Justin a waiver, but it's a long shot because the NCAA is strict with their MRS requirements.

yeah it’s interesting but A guy like Greene absolutely should be taking some steps forward even as a solid role player. If he can be an Ike Tate next year I’d gladly take it. Play good defense and knock down 3s.

Lol your ticket rep doesn’t count as a source.

There might be 3-4 people on this board who have sources that actually have insight into anything going on in the program more than anyone else who just goes to games and is in the goldroom. I’ll freely admit I have 0 sources in this AD or coaching staff, it’s high time that the other 90% of you stop pretending and do the same.

Did you think to ask this high level individual how the math works out on that? Without someone leaving the team, there are not enough scholarships to go around to bring guys back. That’s a fact. So either your source doesn’t understand how NCAA sports scholarships work, or you are just making this up.

Go back to making thinly veiled racist comments about YouTube videos.

What happened to your high ranking, super reputable, totally real, certainly in the know source in the AD earlier today who said both Kier and Boyd were coming back? Or did you make that up too?

Someone either wants to leave or is getting pushed out, somehow we’ll end up with an extra scholly to start next season.
