Hinnant just posted on Twitter a GIF of Michael Jordan holding up 6 fingers after the Bulls’ sixth title.
Take from that what you will.
Jesus H Christ 7’4??? Can he walk and chew gum??View: https://twitter.com/boogienah_10/status/1649878570418724866?t=RLUXz8eEA9Pd9BX2Ybz7FA&s=19
Keep an eye on Naheem McLeod. The 7'4" 250 FSU center just hit the portal and Steven Curran is now following him all of sudden on twitter. Not a big scorer and moves extremely well and is a good shot blocker.

That would be a significantly large Mason member going to the hole.View: https://twitter.com/boogienah_10/status/1649878570418724866?t=RLUXz8eEA9Pd9BX2Ybz7FA&s=19

Yes indeedJesus H Christ 7’4??? Can he walk and chew gum??
Excellent question. Would be huge to have the flexibility to go big when needed but also play small when you want to exploit matchups. One great thing about both Malik and Amari Kelly is they are athletic enough to play the 4 defensively if we have a traditional center in the game. The way the staff is filling out this roster, are we planning on playing a more traditional two-big lineup? We did some of the time last year, but if we keep going after these type of players (or talk about Ojiako staying) after already having Henry, Kelly, Pavrette, P.Oduro then we will be well equipped to do so.
Usually, I'd think of pressure as going small. But maybe "patriot pressure" is bringing the size to harass the opposition all game?
By my count, we've got 2 guys that run the point, 4 wings, and 4 bigs.
A few of you may remember Sam Harris at ODU who was 7'4". McLeod is much more functional/capable than Sam ever was. Don't know that we need yet another big though. It's certainly been an entertaining April.View: https://twitter.com/boogienah_10/status/1649878570418724866?t=RLUXz8eEA9Pd9BX2Ybz7FA&s=19

Harsh but fairThe tree in my front yard has more athleticism than Sam Harris did.

Seems a bit underwhelming to me, unless I'm missing something here?@JonRothstein

Kansas State transfer Ismael Massoud tells me that he will visit GW this week.
Can someone go pick him up afterwards and bring him to GMU?
I was thinking about that the other day. Team averages in points per game over the last 8 seasons are as follows - 68.7, 70.7, 71.6, 67.1, 70.1, 71.8, 74.1, 66.9. So, we've basically averaged 70 points per game. It will be interesting to see how the pressing defense will work out in that regard. Will it lead to more points and easy buckets? Assuming we're still in the 70 range next year....Looking at our potential starters, am I crazy to say it’s considerably better than last season? More scoring options, more balance.
G: Ronny Polite
G: Jared Billups
G: Darius Maddox
G/F: Keyshawn Hall
F: Malik Henry
We went as Josh went last year, and then hoped someone else would step up (Ronny turned into that late season). Between Ronny continuing to evolve and improve, Maddox, and Hall that gives us three solid scoring options on offense (from all levels). Billups seems to get 8-10 a game just cleaning up and driving to the basket, someone every team needs. Henry/Kelly/Pavrette should combine for more than enough production in the paint.
Really intrigued by how this team is being built and could gel into a really solid squad. Let’s go!
