1. He wanted to play PG at VT, Coach Young said no.... threw tantrums and didn't want to move/be a team player.

2. Has a couple of tickets in the past year.... one reckless driving and another ticky-tack one for not cooperating with police when stopped.

Won’t be shocked if he ends up at Maryland. Mason would take him without question, but likely won’t get the chance.

they could add someone in January 2024

The whole reason Rice chose VT is now on the bench at Maryland: assistant coach Mike Jones. Don’t know what the Terps’ scholarship situation looks like, but wouldn’t be surprised if he winds up there.
