well you smartened up after our fools gold BS non conference schedule last year... but many others probably still believe that going 4-1 against all shit teams mean we are really really good

Barely but yes. At least this years was due to covid implications so I can’t shit on Paulsen for that. It’s fine and awesome that St. Louis st joes and Richmond are playing all these great teams but it comes with high potential risk. I’m cool with an all local schedule that we had. Just gotta try and get the WVU or Georgetown of the world rather than Coppin and Morgan st. But that’s not in Paulsens DNA.

TBH Norfolk st might end up being a better game than Coppin would of, but don't really know how they are this year at all.

Our last game was November 28, so we will have been off for about a month.

update: George Mason men remain on pause because of a coronavirus case and has cancelled a fifth game -- Dec. 16 v Coppin State. Patriots added a Dec. 21 game vs VMI and moved the Dec. 22 game vs Towson to Dec. 23. #masonmbb#A10

FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University men's basketball program has added a non-conference game vs. Norfolk State, set for Saturday, December 26.

The contest is scheduled to tip at 4 p.m. inside EagleBank Arena.

Mason is 2-1 to begin the 2020-21 campaign. The Patriots have three remaining non-conference contests. In addition to the game vs. the Spartans, the schedule includes home contests vs. VMI (December 21, 1 p.m.) and Towson (December 23, 4 p.m.).

Mason opens Atlantic 10 play on December 30 at Massachusetts.

Not that anyone around here ever brings up that kid Jamir Young but he filled up the stat sheet against Davidson tonight. 0-5 from 3 but
18 points, 7 boards, 2 assists, 1 steal, 1 block and 0 turnovers isn’t a bad night.

For the folks who were higher on the list and got tickets yesterday and today, how was the process? Was there availability?

All the games still had tickets 10 minutes before the buying window closed. Some good seats left for most games except Towson - seats available for that game I only saw where higher up in EBA. The app to drill down in seats was a bit quirky. I would click on a section and nothing would happen so I had to click a section behind the basket to get it to show seats in that section and then I could scroll and scan all the available seats in sections. Other then that it was pretty smooth and easy.

Was able to purchase tickets, glad to get to go to some games in this weird year. I’ll yell at y’all from the nose bleeds.
