We have no choice. But depending on where Miller plays, I could see a scenario where he backs up both the 4 and 5 positions. He has to bulk up either way.

AJ cannot play the 4 as a perimeter spot, which is what it is for us.

He’s going into his fourth year in the program and that much is clear.

Caveat, Goanar struggled with his offensive game (mostly his 3-point shot) his sophomore year. He defended the perimeter just fine after the first few games.

We're going to have to hang our hat on our defense next season anyway, because this team isn't going to fill up many stat sheets.

Jim was talking about our game of having 4 on outside on offense thus my comment... unfortunately not many other teams see offense like Dave so Goanar usually guards elbow or post because other teams have some offensive strategy that seemingly works.

We saw a crapton of 4 out. Most 4s flash out to the perimeter at this point, even Obi Toppin -- quite a few 5s in our league can hit the 3 too.

Mar was one of our best perimeter shooters as a freshman. Like some players do, he had a bad sophomore slump. But I’m willing to bet his true self is closer to what we saw his first year than his second.

He does have to put in a bunch of work to improve his handle this offseason; regardless, he’s already one of our best perimeter defenders.

AJ is a post. He grew up playing close to the basket, developed that skillset and is obviously most comfortable there.

You are comparing apples to oranges.

Knox to Saint Joe’s. Good move for him ... they only have like 4 players so he might be a Day 1 starter.

We weren’t in the game for Knox. Neither was SJU until they fired Martelli and lost most of their team.

Adams-Woods says he was going to take a few more visits before deciding (and he just visited UMass). He hasn’t even come here (yet?)

I’m sure Cam Brown is going to do the same thing.
