Changing the culture is not about just bringing in 4-year recruits. I don't doubt for a second that Dave would sign the right JUCO, transfer or 5th-year senior if he felt like he fit in and could help the program. So far he obviously hasn't found that guy, or that guy chose another program. Either way, I have full confidence he'll figure it out.
