When I checked the year, he wasn't listed. I admit not remembering that JJ appeared on the top 100. Regardless, gmujim is right, espn isn't reliable. For the most part its a crap shoot after top 20.

Well thats a completely different conversation then. Any ranking system for prospects of any sport is a complete crapshoot and shot in the dark.

Haven't had to follow these in the past b/c we've been a successful program without those top 100 players. Oh well.

Rankings changed when players slip during their HS performance , rankings change all the time. So yeah he's not a top 100

Sounds like a vcu guy all the way. Who needs an offensive skillset when their offense is predicated mostly on runouts off of turnovers?

Why aren't we listed with Ken Dosrsey, by the way? Obviously, we'd have no chance at him, but he's a Paul VI guy and playing a position we kinda need.

According to that site, we have the 7th best A10 recruiting over the four years.

Would still appreciate more local talent, locking up the first Maryland and G-Town leftovers.

FYI: It's Kevin Dorsey. Pretty sure Ken Dorsey played QB in the NFL.

Pretty telling that we're not listed by either of Paul VI's starting guards from last season. Both Dorsey and Curtis Jones are considering vcu, but not us.

Guess they owe us one from when Ernie Nestor signed Mike Hargett (RIP) out of Richmond back in the 80s.

I'm amazed that no one has pointed out we have a combined ZERO pg recruits offered in the 2015-2017 classes.

Obviously those classes are still in the future but we have plenty of offers/interest out there for players at other positions. If this list is accurate, it is mind boggling our Hewitt continues to refuse to focus on recruiting pg's, when apparently it is the most important position in his offense. It's as if he has split personalities - one recruits and one coaches, but they don't talk to each other.
