Crap, if Shaka can't take HAVOC with him, does that mean Hewitt can't take CLUSTERF-CK with him?
He certainly isn't taking any timeouts with him.

I wonder if FGCU still uses Dunk City?
I just checked to see who owns "ClusterF*ck". Turns out it is jointly owned by Hewitt and O'Connor.Crap, if Shaka can't take HAVOC with him, does that mean Hewitt can't take CLUSTERF-CK with him?
I just had a chilling thought. What if on Sunday morning he is seen walking in downtown Richmond. He then tells his disciples that he is back and HAVOC still lives in Richmond. It will become a true cult.Dear vcu fans,
No, actually not the worst ordeal anyone has ever gone through on a Good Friday.

According to the same person with direct knowledge of the situation, vcu offered Smart a $1 million raise to stay. Had he stayed, he would have made more than $2.5 million per year.
Not buying that for one minute. No way vcu upped his salary to $2.5M. How could they do that?
Shaka was just asked the question about the raise, and his response was, "I won't deny that."
So it wasn't about money. How will the sheep spin it now?

Shaka is smart to move to a team with huge resources in a soft power conference. He has big upside at Texas.
No question about it. But you could argue UCLA was that last year.
Very telling that he supposedly turned down a $1 million raise with vcu, in my opinion.
I think there were issues brewing with the AD at vcu.
