Obviously, the work he puts in here is what really matters (obviously statements are obvious), but he did come from a coach who has won 6 consecutive state championships, so he's coming from a program that is doing a lot of things right. And he's coming in to a coach who is going to demand intense focus, attention to detail, and maximum effort during every minute of practice, so I'm not too concerned about what this kid's work ethic is going to look like.
