One of the most corrupt organizations on the planet, and one that regularly screws over kids from non-power programs while looking the other way while big-money schools get away with blatant cheating and other rules violations.
Therence is right. F them.
Heaven forbid we allow a kid from a foreign country to use his athletic skills to play college basketball and have a chance to help his family by making something better of himself.
Everything I've seen is that Therence did very well in the classroom in his freshman year, and isn't that telling because the first year of college is often the most difficult because of the transition from HS.
Hopefully, if Therence wants to stay at Mason and continue his education, the university will honor his scholarship in a way that doesn't count against our limit. But I wouldn't blame him if he opted to transfer somewhere he can play and develop his game for his post-college career.
