It's a marketing research survey which I assume has no bearing on whether Hewitt will be retained for a 5th season. But, it's good to have the opportunity to vent to the athletic department.

It's a marketing research survey which I assume has no bearing on whether Hewitt will be retained for a 5th season. But, it's good to have the opportunity to vent to the athletic department.

It is good to have the opportunity to vent without having to put a bag over your head, etc.

However, I'm more optimistic about it influencing the AD on any number of decisions he may be faced with, including a coaching change. If the marketing survey points to the dissatisfaction with the on court performance or how that may influence your current satisfaction with purchase of season tickets and hence future intent of renewing, it does give the AD ammunition in making a case to the president that a coaching change is needed.

In some ways that makes sense. If he hadn't won here consistently, then we fans wouldn't have high expectations.

My dad forwarded me his response to the survey. He hasn't been a season ticket holder since Hewitt's second year (wanted to give him at least 1 year). It didn't mention traffic as the reason he doesn't go to games, take my little brothers to games anymore, or buy his usual 4 season ticket packages.

I appreciate the AD's office soliciting feedback from fans (former fans in some instances). At least they have quantitative rationale for getting rid of Hewitt early in his contract beyond the record.

I tore that survey apart. On the court performance and ticket price was my overall concentration..... POOR!!! The food prices and gameday atmosphere are also POOR. No way in hell should they charge $4 for a small soda. Get outta here with that Dan Snyder non-sense
