He was making $260,000 in base salary with pretty low bonuses.

I think I mentioned earlier on that I saw a base of $350,000-$500,000 with nice incentives getting the deal done. So that'll be my guess.

Assuming the rumors are true which I assume they are since they are picking up steam by the minute.

I would be shocked if he isn't getting a decent raise to make this move. If he's taking near 350-400 to take this job would be very surprised.

Every day after Hewitt was hired, TOC looked more and more like a fool. If those are anywhere near the numbers that Turner comes to…….it will be a giant cherry on top of the TOC moron sundae.

Im thinking 550k with bonuses into the 850k range. Im sure if does well we up him. If we are planning to invest in the program you cant leave out the coach who is bringing in the wins. Ie opposite what TOC and Merten did.

I would agree - and you can never predict the future - BUT - at least it "makes sense" and the process was done with some intelligence.

This go-around for a coach search didn't leave any uncomfortable feelings beneath the surface.

To say this kid is unhinged is an understatement, but that said I'll take anyone who has had .610 winning percentage in the last three years, including .700 in conference and three straight postseason berths.

Someone needs to get that kid some good drugs, a loose woman and probably some anti-psychotics.
