I mean, not just RI - seems that way with a lot of A10 teams we play. We still physically look like a CAA team, not an A10 team.

I don't get to see alot of games...but that has really become my feeling as well from others I have seen. It's okay...its no different than a MM coach moving up to P5 and not cutting it. Sometimes you're just best suited in a certain level....

As someone who gets to see CAA games live from time to time, we are in a weird in-between spot. Our guys would start on most CAA teams. From what I've seen, we'd make a run at the CAA this year. We are not completely outclassed by the A-10, talent-wise. Almost, but not quite.

I understand the Rams defense has plenty to do with it, but we just airballed 3 3s in a row. Also, We used to hit FTs. Last I checked, the other team has little to do with your FT%. I hate to see us get to this point of frustration/melt down. This has been one of the tougher Mason teams of recent years and you hate to see their confidence erode.

As another stellar observer said....when do you owe these kids, who are giving you everything....something....a junk defense? Play grind it out ball 24 seconds at a time? Something.

You just cant go toe to toe every night out of principle of running your system.
