I'd be a bit nervous about greek row directly across from the police station. Seems like a recipe for ending up with useless greek houses like UMD. It's better than nothing but I feel like if some of the fraternities could cooperate Roberts would be a great option because a few of those houses sit on enough land for ~5 fraternities to build on.
I've had the unique experience of conducting an initiation at my fraternities house at UMD (not our chapters choice, place was a disaster ~15 years ago) and then just last year serving as counsel to the Prince George's County Historic Preservation Society as the Housing Corp. for the chapter petitioned to obtain approval to demolish the house since it was effectively "totaled." UMD's fraternity/sorority row should be a cautionary tale/case study.
