Unbelievable how beautiful the campus is today … just a total transformation. It has truly come into its own as a force to be reckoned with in higher ed.

Not bad at all for a university that even after making a Final Four thought of athletics as its “back porch” lol.

I don’t doubt you. Can’t really start until at least the basketball season is over.

That is my understanding - but I still dont' know if things have been finalized. I'm not sure how the rumor even got out 9 months ago if they really truly didn't have a plan.

Something seems off, but I guess at some point we will all find out.
