How much effort does it take to start a hashtag on twitter?

None, but it does require effort on the athlete's part to actually take part and answer questions (of course, if only 3 are asked, not much).

I got on Twitter and followed some athletes a few years ago, then I could not comprehend who was twitting what or decipher what the hell was being said with the acronyms and emoji's, so I gave it up.

"New Musco Lighting will be installed at EagleBank Arena as well, allowing for an improved game day atmosphere, before the start of the 2017-18 basketball season."

I like this, maybe now they can turn the lights off pregame for a better intro.

Still got the scoreboard, though. Oh, and complaints about the Green Machine's set list and shirts.

But, yeah, Edwards screwing up the offseason by replacing the lighting and starting construction on the practice gym and renovating the locker rooms in the EBA.

Not into hype and all the bs that usually comes with it but I have to admit I liked the lighting and player introductions. When we're good it could become part of an intimidation factor. TBD.

The best gameday experience I have ever witnessed at Mason. I don't mean this in the slightest way demeaning, but it felt like a real college program. The place was packed and the players were giddy when the lights went out for introductions. They were smiling and all excited. It definitely pumped them up.

The student represented! At times we've given students a hard time for not coming out, but they came out and came out big! The alumni needs to step up and keep up with the students, not the other way around!

If I had to nitpick just one thing, I did like seeing each players individual fouls and points on the scoreboard. But there's like 872 positive things and 1 thing I'd change. I'll take that deal.

Would concur on all points - except one - the lights were shining right in my eyes. But the video board is legit and you do see fouls and other stats on the corner LCDs.

The sound system with the lights was a very good combination. Also - I noticed they closed off the shoulder areas in the seating bowl - which pushed everyone down to the lower sections.

Great idea.

Here's my gripe: The Marquise bobblehead doesn't even remotely resemble him. It looks like it is a Juvonte Reddic from vcu bobblehead repainted in Mason colors.

The box it came in is legit though so it makes up for not looking like him.

Check the post-game extra on gomason. May be the best idea of the intro you're probably going to get, I doubt it came out on anyone's camera too well.

So...one season done with the videoboard, what did we think?

I thought ath dept did a pretty decent job with it, but i would like to see some changes including more stats on the corners.
