we all know it's this line: "We’ll prove our honor and might" that just doesn't fit the tempo and messes everybody up.

Yep, 10000% correct. Just sounds like a jumbled mess when the students try to sing that part together.we all know it's this line: "We’ll prove our honor and might" that just doesn't fit the tempo and messes everybody up.
Did anyone else get the survey more than once? I'm up to four now (and they're not reminder messages). I sent the ticket office a note about it.
I saw a clip about the new Mercedes Benz stadium, and they are making a point to have fair concession costs. Pretzel And hot dog only 2$. 4 buck nachos and 5 buck Burger
I think cheap concessions would go a long way at Mason. Bring the whole family.
All right, I'm a little pissed! I was in the Gold Room pre-game and I didn't have time to finish my sandwich. I walked through the exit and the staff said that I couldn't take it with me to my seat. OK, that's ridiculous! So I walked to the back of the room and slipped the plate under the curtain in an attempt to grab it as I passed it on the outside on my way to my seat. As I walked down the concourse, a Gold Room attendant approached me and said they saw me place the sandwich there for me to slyly pick up and threw it away, thus thwarting my crafty plan. Whatever?!?
Then during the halftime beer break, I grabbed a beer and walked to a table. At the table I instantly noticed that a couple had their beers on it along with each of them stuffing Chick-fil-A sandwiches down their throats! Sandwiches they brought INTO the Gold Room!!
Sooooooo, you can bring food in, but you take food out! I understand about not taking beer out, but a lousy sandwich can't exit with me!!! Horrendous policy.
Yes, I get that and it was my theory as well when attempting to understand (not rationalize, mind you, dear reader) the basis behind a silly policy. How does such a policy really benefit the concession business? The likelihood that I was going to purchase more food beyond what I already consumed in the Gold Room is zero. Maybe I'd buy a desert later, but such a purchase is mutually exclusive.Could it be that the concessionaires have negotiated the agreement that no or drink from Green & Gold room can be brought into the rest of the arena? That way their business is protected. Bringing in a Chick-Fil-A into the Green/Gold rooms doesn't cost the caterers for those rooms a dime. Also I was under the impression that the Green room only provides drinks at halftime, no food.
Thank you Capt. Obvious. This issue is addressed twice in the link:
http://www.gomason.com/sports/2011/1/7/205073222.aspx:
"- No food or drink is permitted outside of the hospitality rooms."
"Hospitality rooms open one hour prior to game time and close promptly at tip-off, then reopen at halftime. No food or alcohol is permitted outside of the hospitality rooms."
Thank you Capt. Obvious.
The rule is clear. The logic not so much.
No, Pablito, that's not the crux of the matter. I'm not blaming the staff for proper execution of their jobs, I'm questioning the rationale behind silly rules that they have to enforce. Big difference.
