Very happy we've won a few in a row, even if they're not against the best teams. This is really good to get a few wins under our belt. I'm back to expecting a .500 season

That was a quality win, I never expected UNI to play that badly. They did a nice job shutting Moore down offensively (as must have been their gameplan) but we obliterated them on the glass. That's a very good signs for us going forward if we can rebound as a unit like that.

It wasn't that they played badly to explain it all - we did play very well adjusting to their focus on Moore. This was a quality win on the road - any win on the road is tough. This is good. Man can you guys enjoy a win?? Really?

Actually, I take that back. We played terrible Hewitt's first year and won 24 games.

In case anyone is interested, UNI fell 23 spots in the RPI ranking to 28 after the loss to GMU. GMU moved up 55 points from 253 to 198. Now ahead of Shaka Smart's Texas (201) Richmond (214) and Towson who we lost to (216).

They should definitely keep scheduling UNI. The games have been competitive, and with us winning a few times on their home floor, it adds a little more intrigue to the games. Players and fans alike will look forward to it each and every year.

I was thinking (prob. wrong) that this was just the return game from the bracket busters a year or two ago??
