The CAA and A-10 have always played each other.

My point is that there is no reason for a multi year deal with any of those schools looking into the future(if things are going well).

If we can get better out of conference games because we are playing at a level where we have at large chances, I don't want us to be locked into deals with CAA schools. I would love if we can ever get to a point where don't play any or more than one CAA school each year.

I agree. Expand the map a bit. The main reason that there are a lot of A-10 v CAA matchups is that both share common geography. As far as other mids go, Missouri Valley, CUSA, Horizon, SoCon seem like good picks. Heck. I wouldn't mind a WAC school in the mix every now and then.
