Well, Vegas knows something we don't, because Richmond is favored by 1.5 points.

I'm not liking that line at all. It just begs sucker bettors to take the home team, especially since we're on a roll. Something tells me Mr. Jollay is spending several benjamins on insects today.

Actually, spiders are arachnids, not insects. Rams are a better example of an insect; specifically, parasitic insects. Hope this helps.

GIVING DAY 2023
It's weird going to a game that actually has implications for our post season this late in the year. Hoping for a good atmosphere, and that I don't give any of the geriatric retirement home escapees in 115 a heart attack by how intoxicated I am at tip.

Has anyone heard if the cheerleaders were able to procure a wheelbarrow to get Boyd's giant nuts out on the floor so he doesn't hurt his back during warmups?

This is a legitimate health concern. Someone who has inside info please look into this.

Ha! Thanks for the large laugh. I hate to root for you guys and it pains me, but please go get some nice green Spider goo on your shoes tonight. Those Ticks need to be exterminated and old folks in red sweater vests sent back down I 95 if they can make it to their cars. I hate em. I hate em all!

Gif is too good. Can I borrow it?

ATLANTIC 10 TOURNAMENT SEEDING SCENARIOS
Mason controls its own destiny in terms of seeding for next week's Atlantic 10 Tournament. With a win Saturday vs. Richmond, Mason would claim the No. 4 seed and earn a double bye into Friday's quarterfinals. With a loss Saturday, there are a number of seeding scenarios that could play out. Thanks to DMV basketball pundit Patrick Stevens, all scenarios (unofficial) are included below:

• The Patriots will be the No. 4 seed with a win
• The Patriots will be the No. 4 seed with a loss AND a Saint Louis loss AND a Saint Joseph's loss
• The Patriots will be the No. 5 seed with a loss AND a Saint Louis win AND a Saint Joseph's loss
• The Patriots will be the No. 5 seed with a loss AND a Saint Louis loss AND a Saint Joseph's win
• The Patriots will be the No. 7 seed with a loss AND a Saint Louis win AND a Saint Joseph's win

St. Joe's Win
down to 3 options
GMU wins and is the #4 seed
simple as that

• The Patriots will be the No. 4 seed with a win

• The Patriots will be the No. 5 seed with a loss AND a Saint Louis loss AND a Saint Joseph's win
• The Patriots will be the No. 7 seed with a loss AND a Saint Louis win AND a Saint Joseph's win
