Wade leaving doomed them to a couple years of irrelevancy. They had some great recruits coming in who took off. Those guys would've been ready to step up next year, but now they've just got a couple of OK guys to fill the void of their three best players. It's gonna be weird seeing us, UMass and St. Louis finishing above them the next few years.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. If Rhodes can’t be successful in an A-10 down year with Tillman, Williams and Lane, I’d be seriously worried if I were a vcu fan. De’riante Jenkins is decent though. They’re lucky to have him for 2 more years as long as he doesn’t transfer.

I don’t think we win this one. At least not in Richmond. If the game was played in Fairfax this time of the year then I think we’d get the W. But we have a lot to play for. It’s crazy to think that if we win out and St. Louis loses, we get the 4 seed and a double Bye.
