Does your DVR give you the option to extend the program recording when you schedule a sports recording? Fios does, and my wife always asks my why I do it. Perfect example - Miami beat Kansas State in football a few years back on a last second qb sneak, DVR stopped, play was overturned and Miami lost. Took me a few hours to figure out what happened (partly because of the all day winery/bday tour that prompted the DVR'ing in the first place).

Yes it does but i didnt use the option. it was me not thinking, I usually do extend it but when i got home from the game i was still on a high from the night and wasnt thinking about it.

I always thought it was on campus (the students would have a hard time getting to Fairfax Square).

Pretty sure the on-campus one is NOT included. Indeed, Fairfax Circle and Fair Oaks are not as convenient for students, but the on-campus one is TOO convenient. On a given day, there may be 10-20 thousand students on campus. If they only need to show their IDs to get one (students don't have ticket stubs to turn in), Chick-Fil-A could go broke!

Some of us don't have single game ticket stubs to turn in either - season ticket pass card holders.
They need to hand out a coupon at the door, one per person. Problem solved.

Don't want to get my hopes up, but I think the Hewittization of vcu has begun. It's the same thing that happened to us: still good in year one, but something's not quite right. I find it hard to believe that a Shaka-coached team commits that horrible turnover on the Moore steal with 20+ seconds left.

They're certainly relying on older players, but I think WW will be a good coach.

WW might be a good coach....at another school. He will never fill the shoes of SS. And thus will be deemed a failure. IMO, he won't be able to recruit like SS. Clearly he is not close to Dave Paulsen in terms of x's and o's. But we knew that from the get go.
