They see this as a huge game battling for the 4th seed and the A10 bye - especially since it is only 1 game (no home and home) and could impact the tie breaker

Wow after reading their board I'm even less confident than before about this game. Looks like it could be a tough environment to play in...should at least be a somewhat positive sign if we can pull of the win after the Fordham disaster.

I'm not sure I've been this excited for a game since 2011. vcu earlier this year was close but this feels bigger.

I think it might be the biggest game since Mason/ODU that year when both teams were top 30 RPI...

That was Homecoming 2011, and the Patriot Center was about 99% full more than 20 minutes before tipoff. The student section that day had a pregame electricity I'm not sure I've ever felt before or since. Game sold out Friday morning IIRC, and they were turning people away at the doors.

I think my friends and I got in line something like 4 hours before tipoff -- and there were already students in line.

So who is the best starting five against URI - it seems they are a hair taller than us as they don't look to play four guards like we do.

Seeing that Iverson is 6'9, 215, I'm thinking he is the key to the game, assuming Jenkins/Temara is occupied with 6'7 Martin. Reminds me of the mis-match with vcu and Tillman. Outside of Iverson, we match up well with them at least physically amongst our starters.

What about having Jenkins and Temara on the court at the same time.

Seems silly to mess with what we have going for starters. If its apparent from the first few possessions that we can't hang in the paint then get Troy or Boyd in. But we had a rough start against Richmond and then ran them out of the building so I don't mind being patient.

I want to see a quick start by Mason... would be helpful as well to get in the paint early to get some easy buckets and hopefully get some of the URI players in foul trouble early.

We all saw what happened to UR's offense when Cline was out because of foul trouble early in the first half...

So, let's bang down low, get some contact, and make those 3 point plays... and kick out when needed based off of interior drives by Livingston or Moore
