Should be a pretty good crowd. I expect 6,000. Unfortunately, 4,500 will be wearing purple.
Saw a conversation between Bill Rohland, John Vaughn and Folarin Campbell on Twitter this morning. Campbell is in town and might come to the game tonight.
If I'm working on our coaching staff I would do everything I could to see if he'd be willing to come in and talk to the team for a few minutes. What better way to light a fire under their asses than hearing from a Mason great who went to the Final 4?
Only if JMU's president plans to announce the next FB coach in Fairfax will anyone in purple care about this game.Should be a pretty good crowd. I expect 6,000. Unfortunately, 4,500 will be wearing purple.
You can't keep losing and expect the fans to continue caring.
If you have good fans, you can. Dayton was the definition of “meh” for several years before they hired Archie Miller and they still sold out every game in a 12,000-seat arena.
With apologies to Barkley, our fan base is “turrible.”

Do you follow basketball historically? Dayton has a rich basketball history. G Mas doesn't.
Ok guys. Put on your positive panties and let's see our boys kick some Madison chicken faces smelling a** tonight! I'm sick of everyone being down and calling for DP firing. He is our coach so let's act like it.
Ps...if we lose tonight f*ck DP.
Really - I think it has more to do with the fact that there is little to do in Dayton outside of local athletics besides getting hammered and fraternizing with strippers.
STOP GIVING THE BALL TO REUTER thx
