I knew next to nothing about DP when Mason hired him. But every day I like him more and more. I'm genuinely excited for the season to begin-- what a weird feeling!

Oh crap! I forgot to notify the actors that we wouldn't be shooting my movie in front of the Fenwick expansion after all. I will say that the dude I hired to play Paulsen looks the part. BTW, the working title of movie was "DP at the Library."

I love how we are already bashing Paulsen for these loses. Look at the damn roster, look at how guys like Thompson and Jenkins are responding to an actual system. The Charleston wins were nice but WE AREN'T GOING TO BE GOOD THIS YEAR.

Thanks for re-posting Pablo. I admit I was critical of the teams errors vs JMU and I expect you to understand my frustration. Also know that I like Coach Paulsen. I have had a couple conversations with him now, and believe he is a great fit for GMU. I favor his stance on academics and I appreciate what he has already done in the community. I have liked the change in offense with more high ball screens and the commitment to the extra pass although vs JMU I saw a lot of 1 on 1 bball. Is it okay for me to question why we don't show any urgency on D down double digits late in a game? I believe it is. Some fans believe we don't have a good enough half court man defense so why would we attempt something new? We have held teams to an avg of 65 PPG. I'd say that's pretty good.

I believe, if we are accepting that we won't be good this season and this is a rebuilding year, why not try some type of a full court pressure? People tweeted at me, "What do you expect, Havoc?" No, I would just like to see some intensity down 15+ to JMU. I would also love to see some baseline out of bounds plays in an attempt to create easy buckets. Some of the questions I hope to ask Paulsen the next chance I get to talk to him. I am optimistic about our future with the new coach. I have spoken with every freshman and I'm still surprised at how poised and prepared they were/are. Instead of judging By George on a couple tweets, throw us a follow and see the good we are doing for Mason Nation as well. I would love to talk about any and all of this at our next pregame happy hour.

Slightly difficult to decipher who is bashing a coach/player/program versus someone that is critical of play selection against a rival. As for bandwagon fans, they must have left 4 years ago. Anybody following the program in a rebuilding year is die hard fan to me (essentially anybody reading this).
