Have you seen Calixte play this year, I think it's clear why he was pushing Reuter

Revalo left too. Still makes no sense.

Calixte is simply regressing in this programs dumpster fire.

It's really hard to understand with Calixte, big body, strong, seems to be athletic. What I see is poor court awareness, seems lost, not great hands or scoring ability. If it were me, and of course its not, I would ask him to concentrate on defense. Play a zone, challenge inside shots, box out, and get 10 rebounds a game. I think this would greatly enhance the team and give him a role to fulfill . In other words, where is the coaching?

I would like to see them play up tempo when UMASS inevitably decides to play zone. This team is full of guards that can push the ball up the floor without giving the defense enough time to get set.

Somehow I doubt that the school that can't even be bothered to retire the numbers of its great players would even think about naming the court after anyone.

Funny thing about any precedent is that, at some point, someone had to set it!
Being the trendsetter in something like that is fine if it is a slam dunk like it is with Donovan where he he is almost unanimously loved. I don’t think OCM court reaches that level. While some still love him, many of us would be turned off by such a move.

Might I ask why? Is it just because he left?

Many reasons, to name a few:

Things he said after he left about mid-majors that showed what he was saying when he was with us were just lies that suited his narrative at the time.

After that I realized he really had no real love for Mason, and that my like of him was because of his association with Mason. He is no longer associated with Mason, so I no longer have any positive feelings towards him.

How many times did he and his wife tell us they were going to retire at Mason? More lies.

Mason paid him every cent they received from the final four run, and then some, and then he still leaves. Even if the theory of it was assistant coach pay, which I discount, what did he expect when he was getting it all?

So the back story of your bitterness really isn’t that interesting is it?

Maybe it is just the TV, it sure seems like Dave has been yelling angrily at the players more this season. Does it look like that from in the Arena?
