Wow - SBU pulled it out in triple OT, probably a lot of records set in this game. If you are reading this but didn't follow the game, you should try and catch the morning sports center recap.
230 combined points, 8 players fouled out, 5 players scored 30 or more points, each team had 2 starters with 5 pts or less, 148 shots taken, 79 FT's taken, etc.
Quite honestly, I cannot remember a better game than last night's 3OT Bonnies/Davidson game. 117-113!!!! Bonnies.
Seemed like a million lead changes. Every time one team got ahead, the other fought back over and over again. A clash of the Titans. One for the books. Epic battle with seemingly superhuman efforts on both sides. If you didn't see it, words cannot do it justice and you should watch a replay of it if possible.
The game also ended with almost every star player fouling out. The only one who managed to stay on the court was Mobley.
These young men displayed discipline, character, skill, and effort in the likes I have rarely seen. Every single ounce of effort was used, not one bit was left on the court.
And the chess match between the two coaches itself was thing of beauty.
Davidson might not make the tourney but there is no team i fear more than them in the A10.
A great representation of A10 basketball to the country.

What I need someone to tell me is if we finish in a 5-way tie. Would we still own the tiebreaker? (We would be 5-2 combined versus the tied teams if my math is correct). So Mason gets 4 seed with win on Saturday against Richmond if I am doing the math right... onions

According to my math - mind you I’m drunk on ram blood - we would win the tiebreaker if all 5 teams finish 9-9 (although unlikely). No fooking clue... if we all were 9-9? I will leave that to the experts... but we won't be since we will be winning on Saturday at home
