True, however i'd imagine that EagleBank wouldn't be spending that much money if it was called "EagleBank Arena at the Patriot Center".
Compare Eagle Banks calendar to Siegel Center's

Fair point. But I will take my hatred if TOC to my deathbed.
2004 (Finals: vcu 55, GMU 54 -- Jai Lewis rims out at the buzzer to lose the championship -- Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure it was Jai Lewis who missed the winning shot).
Sounds like people are turning down the Duquesne job left and right.
They. Are. Smart.
Damn, Dusquesne hasn't been to the NCAAT since 1977... and we all thought we had it bad. lol.
Georgetowne has hit a real funk and has been surprisingly quiet in post season play the past several years. Given what his father did for the program - that must have been a tough trigger to pull.
Their lack of arena kills them. They were able to sustain that situation a bit because of success but now it's just negative momentum that can't be stopped. Operating costs vs. attendance must be draining them of money.Seems like a lot of the luster has come off that job.

Large attendance and continued appearances in the dance? I'd say a while. I think most schools view the tourney as a crapshoot once it starts. Hard to see them pulling the trigger.I wonder how much longer Turgeon has at Maryland
