Tony is bringing in better players. AB is a terrific young man and he’ll find a level where he can be an impact player, but he was never going to get minutes with Booker, Hill and hopefully Troutman coming in and O’Connor and Cokley already here.

Idk I think Ball is a stud. Hes going to make a meaningful impact somewhere.

Completely agree. Looking at Balls interest list, I think he’s heading to the level where he’ll get minutes. I think his departure was probably a result of the end of season conversation with the coaching staff.

It's in NC. I actually coached a young man in YMCA bball who went on to play there.
They have a good program.
I’ll have to find it, his “agent” tweeted it out on X. It was like UNCG, William and Mary, and a couple of other big south/ CAA type schools.

I gather you're not impressed with Mincy's assist %. For a little perspective, KD was 192th in Assist % (25%) but a turnover % of 28.1. Mincy Assist % (24.6) for 206th nationally, and a turnover % of 15.3.
Clearly the level of competition is not the same, but I would not completely discount Mincy's numbers.
Happy with the additions of Adebayo and Hill. But, as many have said we now need to get some guys with can nail the 3. Consider the numbers from returning and incoming players from the 3 point line. I did not include Stas, Cokley, etc. because the sample sizes were too small.
O'Connor 32-85 (37.6%)
Begg 16-48 (33.3%) (Yes, I know his 2nd half numbers were much better)
Hill 22-95 (23.2%)
Adebayo 22-72 (30.6%)
Total: 92-300 (30.6%) which would have ranked 327th nationally this past season.
This past year we shot 35.5% which ranked us 90th in the nation.
