More like grease the works a bit. Blake's mechanic were good when he could eat a packed lunch after receiving a pass. He never adjusted to A10 speed—always appeared gassed. Hopefully, Montana's style is a better pace for him.

When you’re asking him to play on the wing and defend big guards, yeah. I always thought he’d make a better Euro style center.

In '22-'23 he shot 17% from two-point land, and 26% behind the arc. This was down markedly from his Freshman year. He showed regression in year two as well, and he came in touted as a shooter from the wing.

I think the A-10 was too much for him and he should be able to develop better in a lower conference.

When you take less than 1 shot a game (0.7 spg last season) your statistics will vary wildly. Shooting percentages on such low volume really don’t say much.

Still think he was being asked to play out of position. Hopefully Montana can get some muscle on him and play him at the 5 and have him play inside out rather than an outside in. Having him just camp out in the corner did no one any favors.

"Vladed" means it was Vlad doing the action, ie - the impaling. If he "Vladed" himself, he impaled himself. Now I see why your student chants were rejected!

Not sure I understand the hatred of JF. He has potential to be VERY good. I don’t think he fits in CKE system so we will see, but the kid is a special talent.
