yeah he’s a 2021 kid. Looks like his offer sheet continues to expand and he could blow up this summer if there’s a chance for him to showcase his skills.

this is an interesting point that you or someone else pointed out in a different thread- do we benefit in recruiting if there is no summer/travel hoops where kids can't out-play a Mason offer?

It’s sad/morbid, but I absolutely think we do. At the same time, it may cost us one of those diamonds in the rough we snag from time to time. Assuming everything is shut down through the summer for sports, I’ll totally expect us to have a short bench from the coaching staff side as they should be putting in some serious mileage getting out to high school gyms to scout these kids outside of the AAU circuit.

don’t think it was me but there’s definite benefit. One hopes that kids are ok with taking an offer from what they have. Of course they could always prep a year but I’m hoping our targets act in our favor.

Don’t know much about him, but we need to sign a 3 guard to slot behind Jordan either this year or next. Offer sheet looks like UMASS + the CAA. I don’t see him holding out much longer for a better offer unless he wants to stay on the west coast.

My standard is consistently beating top A10 teams in recruiting. This equals consistent top 5 finishes. UMass isnt atop A10.

Except UMASS is top tier A10 as far as recruiting.

Although, they may have rescinded their offer as far as I know. They are linked to so many recruits on verbalcommits.

It’s Daddy 999 times out of 1,000 before it’s Miller. Just leaving that door very slightly ajar because as I found out today, never say never.

I know highlight videos lie sometimes, but this Frazier kid looks like a freaking baller. An explosive 6-7 wing who can play inside and out and jumps passing lanes like a maniac? My only question is why is he still uncommitted in April?
