College sports have become stupid. Steph Curry announced he’s going to be Davidson’s GM and bring 8 figures with him and still Reed Bailey and Bobby Durkin jump into the portal.

Even if Skinn doesn’t leave for UMD, looks like at minimum we are going to have 9 new players and 4 starters who weren’t on the roster last season.

Ball State 6'5 guard Jermahri Hill is one of the most explosive athletes currently in the portal. Hill was a standout at South Plains JC before making the move to D1 at Ball State. He averaged 15.8PPG, 5.1RPG and 3.2APG this season.

We might as well hold off even discussing portal guys until Tony breaks his radio silence. I hate to say it, but if he wasn't going to take the job, if offered, he could have said something and be out there tweeting about prospects, next season, etc. He hasn't.
My bet...Maryland offers he's gone.

Take a deep breath, man. If players are on campus, I'm sure Tony is conveying to them whether he's staying, going or on the fence. Nothing bad comes out of prospective players visiting, especially since as of now Tony is still our coach. And if he doesn't get/take the job, these kids can say they visited with a coach who was a finalist for a Sweet 16 program.

Jermarhi Hill from Ball State is visiting Mason today. Would instantly be one of the top pure athletes in the A-10.

Also said he plans to visit SLU, hopefully the staff can change his mind.
