John Crosby is staying at Dayton, my guess is that no one wanted him.

He sucks. Dayton is in trouble if Crosby is the best PG they've got.

Unless you're vcu, who has knocked us out of conference tournaments in how many consecutive opportunities? It is time for that streak to end! I was at 4 straight CAA tournament games when they knocked us out from 09-12.I don't know if we'll be the best team in the A-10 next year, or even in the top 4, but we're the team nobody wants to see in their bracket come March.
You might be hot or not from 3, but defense, intensity, rebounding, and hustle always travel. You bring those things, even against a team with superior talent, more often than not you'll have a chance in the end. I couldn't say that before DP. We always had to out-talent people if we were going to win.

Yeah, I wasn't sure of the entire count. Just talking about the 4 in 4 years that I actually attended. The A-10 tournament will be at the Verizon Center next year...perfect time to exact revenge for all those Richmond Coliseum games.
By the way, you forgot 2004 and 2007 there, too, both were CAA championship games.
Good to know that we won't have to deal with him and Adams at the same time.https://www.fanragsports.com/news/unlv-jalen-poyser-commits-st-bonaventure/
UNLV Runnin’ Rebels sophomore guard Jalen Poyser has committed to the St. Bonaventure Bonnies, a source close to the situation has informed FanRag Sports. However, the up-and-coming guard will not be able to play for the Bonnies right off the bat, as he will be forced to sit out for the upcoming 2017-18 season due to NCAA transfer regulations.
Poyser is also the second transfer to find a new home on Thursday as former North Dakota State Bison guard Khy Kabellis has joined the Pacific Tigers.
Standing at 6-foot-4 and 180 pounds, Poyser encountered somewhat of a breakout season in what would become his final go-round as a member of the Runnin’ Rebels. Over the course of 27.1 minutes per game as a sophomore in 2016-2017, he averaged 10.4 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists. As a freshman back in 2015-16, Poyser averaged just 5.4 points per game over the course of 16.2 minutes. He also averaged 2.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists during his first collegiate campaign.
Our revolutionary rivals just had their 5th player transfer. They are equipped next year with Wantanabe, Steves and a bunch of D2 players. 3 of their prospective starters and their 6th and 7th men are no longer with GW program http://www.gwhoops.com/default.aspx?mid=apnjzaiu426
wow. I thought they liked the interim-now-fulltime coach. looks like bigger dept/school issues that are not yet resolved. Our revolutionary rivals just had their 5th player transfer. I got the same feeling... but apparently the total opposite. you got guys leaving that had decent playing time for lower tiered schools. The lost three of their four bigs (including graduating Cavanaugh) And it is not like they have overrecruited anybody.wow. And supposedly Yuta Watanabe was actually close to graduating so people were worried that he might take his last year of eligibility somewhere else.
Given his propensity for flopping, I thought Watanabe was bound for Hollywood.
They will probably add JUCO guard Mike'l Simms.. but even with him, the back court will be extremely thin and inexperienced.vcu has another transfer. This time Samir Doughty who was going to be a big part of their team next season.

They will only have 3 returning players who played meaningful minutes in the A10 last season. The struggle is real with this latest coaching change. I guess we'll see how good of a coach Rhoades is.They will probably add JUCO guard Mike'l Simms.. but even with him, the back court will be extremely thin and inexperienced.
