If that is true, then I am embarrassed. I expected at least $450k - $500k.I just got someone out of bed.
It was the wife, and the fact we only offered, apparently, $375k base, but heavy on incentives.
JFC WE ARE CHEAP.

Honestly, I am not buying the wife story. Something else turned him off.

We did not offer this little.
How do we offer 375 K when we paid Hewitt almost twice that and he was an epic failure? No, we offered $375k.
I think the wife was just his cover to say No if he was unimpressed.
We are just a footnote to NCAA history....

Check your MessagesI blame El Presidente
If we did in fact get turned down - just as Fordham did with Toole - it makes me question Parker's value. You've successfully located people (Prohm, Turner, Toole) who've used the process to negotiate a raise...and it's all been very public. Not impressed.
If this works out as it looks, I appreciate you guys. I messed with shaggy Bevo, Texas board last year during baseball post season, and they were hostile. You guys are up right dudes. All the best
Not sure who or what to belive at this point. I am not surprised by us going cheap. Just as GT is hampered by the Hewitt
factor I expected us to be as well but
$375k is Big South level not A10.
Any coaches doing well in the SWAC
because we may not be able to
poach MEAC coaches.
Its confusing. And seems almost shady. Jeff Pillow tweets his wife accepted or will accept a new position At Ucla hospital.
If true, why give Mason a verbal today? Same day your wife's new gig becomes public? Her offer just out of the blue?
