I disagree with some of what is being said. Unless a coach is familiar with a school and he already knows he would accept the job for the right price, a coach is going to have to tour the facilities and meet with the AD and president. It is part of the decision process. Mason is not anyone's dream job. Sometimes it just comes down to does it feel right. Plenty of coaches have turned down jobs because once they made it to campus they didn't get the right vibe from the AD, the president, the students, or the community. At this stage, BBB is trying to convince Prohm or similar coach to give us a test drive. Then he will say, "what do I have to do to put you in that car today." We are not even close to that. None of the current coaches would accept the Mason job sight unseen and without allowing their current school the opportunity to counter. Now an assistant coach would likely take the job quickly after being offered.
