You're gonna flip your opinion of a coach's past and present recruiting capabilities over the outcome of a single conference game? Seems reasonable.

Well I won't lol.. Paulsen still can't recruit very well at all (below avg in A10)... but his coaching and rotations are clearly getting better as the season progresses. So I am trying to take the @mkaufman1 route of positivity while still being realistic that Paulsen is not our savior.

Easiest way to get good recruits is to win. Win and they will come. If we end up top 4 or better this year, that would mean every year DP has been here, the team has improved.

Recruits and their parents will see this and like the trajectory of the program and then all of a sudden those new locker rooms/facilities will mean alot more as it will be a shining symbol of a winning program, not just a cool new toy.

No Mason has been playing much better as of late. However, I am not impressed with the competition including Kanas State. I think they got cocky and let their guard down. Nebertheless I think Davidson is a good test. They should finish top 4 this year.

Lol gee thanks. I try to call it like it is. I’ve always said that the team has always gotten better each year under his watch. It’s still out there verdict wise whether he can get Mason to the top consistently.

I guess it depends on people's definition of improving and I agree with you that I don't think we improved the previous two years. 2016-17 we had an overall winning record and an 103 RPI while in 2017-18 we finished with an above 200 RPI and under .500 record. But, it appears this team is headed in the right direction (over the past few games) and if we can finish top 4 and win a couple games in the A10 tourney then I'd say we are moving in the right direction.

There really is no use in acknowledging him at all. He will say this crap just to get responses even if we go 35-0 and win the NC.

He lives for responses positive or negative. Just doesn’t matter.
