I truly don’t understand the obsession with Reuter that the coaching staff has. Not a total knock on him, as he’s shown he can be a contributor. But it’s gotten to the point where it’s completely reduced and limited other guys like Calixte, AJ, Mar. He was handed a starting role right out of the gate and hasn’t shown he should remain in that role. “New” kid on the block seems to get preferential treatment at times. I’d be ticked off if I were Calixte or AJ.

It was nice to see us step up our defense down the stretch, which helped us kick start our offense and get some more high-percentage shots. That is definitely our forte. Our half-court sets looks completely out of sync, but we somehow still managed to shoot 56% overall and 40% from behind the arc. The 8 assists was also promising.

Let's see if we can build on those positives in the second half.

So Reuter just played a full minute in and a half to start the half before he was pulled for Calixte.

Yea, rebounding is fairly even overall. But Morgan State is crushing us on their offensive glass.
