"May as well try to move on...
We're less than 4 weeks separated from our last game with Mason, the 86-81 loss we took in Fairfax.

Last night, whistles seemed to be a common theme. While we shattered some eardrums with 64 combined fouls, Mason and GW had a combined 47. GW won pretty easily, 87-68. Colonials scored 52 in the second half. GW hit 11 threes on the night to Mason's 1.

It'll be interesting to see if any of last nights officials end up with our game.
In Fairfax last night: Larry Scirotto, Lee Cassell, Tony Chiazza
In St Louis last night: Lamont Simpson, Paul Szelc, Evon Burroughs
Livingston gave them 17 last night, Moore added 15 but struggled with 5-15 from the field, but he did add 10 boards to improve his Mr Double Double status. He now has 13 in Mason's 20 games this season, and is still the only one in the league averaging a double-double.
Ian Boyd gave them 12 points off the bench. Prior to that, he was only scoring 5.5 average.
Mason is currently 13-7 /3-4. We're 12-9 / 2-6.
Mason's A-10 slate
Wins vs us, at St Joe, at Richmond this past Sunday. Spiders had been in 1st in the A10 at the time.
Losses vs vcu, at Bona, vs SLU, vs GW.
The Patriots are now 5-1 on the road this season (2-1 A-10 road games). We are 2-2 in A10 home games.
Current season averages:
Moore 18.3 ppg, 10.9 rpg. He's also their leading assist man at 3.6 per game, and has a 1.25 assist:turnover ratio.
Livingston 14.0 / 2.5
Jenkins 10.8 / 5.7
Grayer 10.3 / 5.1
Moore is currently tied for 5th in the conference with that 18.3 ppg average. Jim McCoy-esque, in that he has hit zero 3s on the season (0-7).
Livingston is 16th in the conference in scoring.
Jenkins leads the league in FG% at .629
Holloway is a sliver behind him at .623
Moore hits at .510
Who not to foul: Livingston. He's leading the A10, by far, with a .924 average. Trey Davis-esque.
We're pretty close in scoring average now: Mason 74.6, UM 72.8, 7th and 8th in the league respectively. Same rankings on FG shooting.
Defensively: UM 69.6 allowed, Mason 70.7
In FG defense, we're tops at .392, Mason is 3rd at .413
Mason is tops in the league, by a decent margin, in rebounding offense, at 40.8 per game. That's a huge problem for us. We're 12th in the A14 in rebounding defense.
In stark contrast to us, Mason does not shoot the 3. They're last in the league in attempts (322) and makes (106). And then there's us, by far the higest volume 3 shooting team (522), but, all too familiar, worst in percentage, now just .291 on the season.
We've got a chance if we can...
Contain Moore
Keep Livingston off the line
Stay with them on the glass
And obviously, hit some of our threes"
