Moore is playing lights out with tons of passion. He is putting this team on his back! Jenkins is playing great and going right at his defenders, Jenkins needs to be aggressive here but play smart and limit his fouls.

"Anyone else going to the game on Wednesday? I'm going to be there. Just scored some great seats from a Mason season ticket holder who is unable to attend. We played a close one and beat Duquesne and I think that kicks off a 3 game winning streak. Mason is improved but when you look at the match ups, GW is still better. We've got size, experience and superior skill. I've got to give Mason the quickness edge but thery're nowhere as quick as Richmond or vcu, so we can deal with them on that front. Looking ahead (which is dumb...I know...) We should beat St. Louis at home which will get us to a winning conference record. If we can get some confidence, maybe we can pick off a win or two against RI, Richmond, vcu and St. Bonnie."

Obviously, you can't have a rivalry if both schools (UConn & UCF) don't consider themselves rivals. But, it appears that Mason & GW are committed in promoting their rivalry. And, once Mason starts beating GW in basketball (hopefully beginning tomorrow night), I expect that it will become more important to the fans of the respective schools.

I definitely would like to see this develop. Between Richmond, vcu, and GW, the A10 provides Mason with ample opportunities to forge local rivalries, and, in turn, well attended games. This was one of the best things about the CAA, imo, with ODU, vcu, and JMU (and W&M to a degree).
