Somehow I thought somebody said that Marquis got hurt during the game. I don't think he was playing during the last 10 minutes or so of the St Bonaventure game. Maybe I'm wrong about that.

I wouldn't hold out hope on Marko....

Look at the history here of players with concussions...J Williams, Copes, etc....once that noggin gets popped, they arent the same for the rest of the year.

Of course it depends on how bad he got hit.

I thought the guys said he was with Handy and not the trainer? Id think he'd be with the trainer if he got hurt. I don't know but I'd expect he'd play. haven't heard different.

"Shevon Thompson is a rare JUCO find. He has been an asbolute stud. He's averaging 13.2 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks (15.5 points in conference games). He's big, athletic, cosnsitent, and strong. He's not the most skilled guy, but he will be a handful for Larsen in the post. One thing that will be intersting to see if they double and triple Larsen like most of our oppoents, or do they let their big guy try to contain Larsen and guard everyone else.

The problem for Mason is that no one else on the team has an offensive rating above 100, in part becuase the ball doesn't always move and the team doesn't always play together. There is talent, though, and when they are on they are a tough out."

This GW fan knows the Mason team better than Hewitt does
