If it gets students to pay attention then who the hell cares. Sure we likely won't finish sixth but there are a few teams below us not playing great either. It's not like we're 1-0 after beating Lebanon Valley and trying to claim first place. We don't have enough fans to be ridiculing the ones we do over something as minor as this.

We have credentials to every game, we travel and have credentials to some away games as well with the next one up being UPenn on Saturday and we got to cover the entire A10 tournament in Brooklyn and will be in Pittsburgh next year as well. We also produce original content daily. Name a "group of fans" who compete with our product. While other bloggers/twitter posters may steal pictures, we are taking our own photo's/video and, I believe, putting together posts that help ignite the fanbase. We are working with Giant Killer to grow student awareness of Mason Bball and we go to campus pretty regularly to promote ourselves and the team. Instead of continuing to donate and not know where our money goes, we decided to take action and put together a plan to help bring back what once was a great fanbase with or without the help of GMU.

People on the boards asked why Abram wasn't playing, we had already informed people on our twitter that it was based on practice performance. We got that information by asking Coach in the postgame press conference. If you want a specific question asked in the presser, shoot us a direct message. We are happy to ask for you.
