Marquise and Otis get most of the accolades, and rightfully so, but we are getting intelligent contributions (beyond just scoring) from pretty much every guy in Paulsen's rotation.

Boyd with 8 points isn't making headlines, but he needed only 5 shots. He's not forcing his own offense and is content to take opportunities through the flow of the system. Good defender and rebounder too.

Kier pulled down 11 rebounds and also is performing his role perfectly on offense. Playing to his strengths and not trying to do things he can't do.

Other than a couple times when he tried to dribble and got stripped, Jalen has confined himself to doing work around the rim. That's where he is best.

Even Troy and Relvao understand their role is mostly to screen, rebound and play D unless they get an open layup/dunk.

Dave has found 8-9 guys he trusts to play all the minutes and that is that. In order for other guys to get on the floor, they're gonna have to take minutes away from someone and I don't see that happening.

If we can get Grayer and Newman playing to a higher level of efficiency, this team will be VERY dangerous even with all the youth.

I agree.

I like Newman's stroke. I think he has the potential be be a good 3-pt. shooter. I also like his active hands on defense.

As for Grayer, his play on the floor will catch up to his physical talents. He just needs to relax and let the game come to him through the flow of the offense.

Mason doing it's best Jekyll and Hyde impersonation. That doom and gloom outlook after our blowout loss to Houston seems like a distant memory now. Yes, at first you take our first few wins with a grain of salt but to win AT UNI, beat a decent Mercer and blowout Penn St at home? My god.

Totally agree Jaire needs to take a page from Aaron Rodgers' book and R-E-L-A-X.

I don't know why, but his body language always seems like he's looking over his shoulder and worried about making mistakes.

Jaire is as physically gifted as any player on our roster. Just not sure he has the inner SOB that a guy like Otis has.

Trying to temper my enthusiasm but damn I love the way this team is playing right now. Came home last night after my weekly poker game where I cleaned up then watched the game on the dvr in disbelief. This team has made such a turnaround since that Houston blowout loss. The heart, hustle and basketball iq being displayed is night and day from that team that took the court against Lebanon Valley and Houston. At halftime last night I even told myself I was damn proud of how the team was playing and I'd even be happy with the result if we lost a close game. Then the second half came and they just kept ramming it down PSU's throats and it was awesome. Relvao didn't get on the score sheet but he played some big minutes last night filling in for injured Temara and giving Jenkins a few minutes to rest. Marquise was a beast and the announcers couldn't help but heap praise on the kid. Great win Mason!
