I can't believe this is the same team that lost to Mount St. Mary's. The makeover has been amazing.

Worst case scenario: when we go in to any game this year (unless we play UNC, Duke, or Kentucky) we will know that at the very least we will have a punchers chance.

No matter what, we'll be the team in the A10 tourney that other teams don't want to see in their bracket, cause they know they'll be in for a dogfight.

Agreed. Worst broadcast ever. We had no problem watching on mute. Enjoyed the a$$ kicking without having to suffer a migraine headache. And did their microphones have no filter at all? The entire broadcast was 5 PSU students going "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH" non stop.

The whole performance was heart, swagger, and swaying/heaving nut sacks.

Its been a while since I have felt like this about Mason Basketball.

The only thing I worry about now...is short rotation and young players....do we end up dragging a** come February.

I agree about your last sentence particularly--very annoying to say the least. The announcers fell in love with the Penn St dunk off of the opening tip and must have showed replays of that dozens of times (it seemed anyway). As it impressive as it was, it became a footnote fairly quickly when it became clear that Mason wasn't about to be blown out.

At least the announcers made a big deal of Marquis' game, and were very complimentary throughout. Also the play-by-play guy was very critical of Penn State's defense giving up so many drives to the hoop and their inability to keep us off the boards, despite their size advantage. BTW, related to the last point, kenpom has us 322d in average height. Hard to argue with being "undersized"!
