I'm not just a fam member of a player, I've become a fan of the school because my brother loves it there... so I feel the same frustration everyone on here posts...

Yeh that "promise his freshman year" seems to be the trend for every player since this "system" was implemented..... i'll dab in that topic another day lol

I wonder what game you watch if any guard on this team hasn't displayed awful shot selection all season minus MM because he doesn't take any... and I can slightly agree with you on the lack of confidence in his jumper as knowing you're the only player that knows his rope relies on hitting his first jumper... which no player hits their first shot every game...

Allen was an excellent 1-on-1 player and a perfect fit for Hewitt's approach.

But he also stands as one of our program's glaring exceptions over the past 4 seasons. The vast majority of our players have regressed the longer they've played for Hewitt.

he was one of our strongest and most athletic guards.... and he was able to improve with the rope he was given mixed with his toughness

but my initial statement was applied to Vaughn, Vertrail during his second year under new management (just off the top of my head)... and also as we all see now jalen... emerged on the seen and showed promise in his debut year, but now is out of place and hasn't been in a consistent groove all year... and that we can't place on him because why hasn't he been put in a position to expand on the dominance he displayed last year?

I would still be surprised if Mason doesn't let him finish out the year, but I'm fully confident barring a major run he's gone.

Even Cabrera, who was very social in Brooklyn last year, will find hardly anyone to talk to this year. Serious question--does anyone here know anyone going to Brooklyn not employed by Mason this year? I don't. Can't believe Cabrera won't approve the recommendation to can this guy.

Money, diversity, whatever. Cabrera will take a lot of heat if he doesn't do the right thing.
