They do a lot of unorthodox trapping in random and bizarre places -- very active hands. If nothing else, they put a ton of energy on disrupting offensive flow.

Damn...researched this and it appears correct. Hopefully Fordham can beat La Salle. Not too confident in a GW or GMU win on Saturday. Purely selfish reasons - I won't be able to tune into a game at noon next Thursday.

To me, they play a lot like a copycat havoc but the good news is Paulsen's team is much more disciplined than mason teams of the past. I'd take disciplined basketball over any havoc any day any arena.

I think it's BS, but it appears your combined record against both the teams you're tied with is the first thing they look at in the case of a three way tie.

I was really hoping to avoid the 8/9 game, regardless of opponent. We are so lifeless right now and I would love to be playing Thursday against a team who had to play Wednesday night. If we are in the 8/9 game, we're playing the other good team that's on an extra day of rest. If we could end up 7, we'd have Fordham who, while better than you think they are and also on an extra day of rest, seems less scary than the alternatives. 6 seed would have been ideal.
