I think vcu's at-large hopes are done losing 3 games in a row. Double-bye in jeopardy now as they drop to 2 games behind Bonaventure with 5 games to play. The Duqs are in the hunt, too, but their schedule looks tougher (@Dayton, @Bona, @vcu, Richmond).

Unless URI knocks Dayton off, they might go 18-0.

They suck. It’s still a feather in our cap to beat them in Richmond, but their collapse has definitely taken some of the shine off our win. I will always celebrate beating their arrogant asses, but sadly we are just one of their many bad losses now.

They’re banged up now, missing three rotation players (sound familiar?), but other than Evans they were pretty much at full strength when we played them. I definitely think we sent them into a tailspin.

So I guess this means vcu won't be winning that national championship that their fans think they are winning every preseason. Pretty hilarious how far they've tanked for all the hype they had.

Umass looks like they have finally turned the corner under McCall. That may have also saved his job too.
