$25 tickets for a team that can't beat MSM, Towson and struggled for awhile against D III competition. I see attendance taking a big hit this year.
Cant blame the casual fan. Since the OCM left we have let them down.
I sent a tweet to Brad Edwards and Cabrera with a picture of all the empty seats saying I would attend a lot more games if tickets were 10 dollars instead of $25.
To my surprise BE sent me a private message saying I should look at the "top of the nation season tickets" because they are $9 per game. I appreciate Brad sending me a message but season tickets are not for me. Please don't jump down my throat everyone. I am still a fan! hahah. But maybe you should tweet at him and he will send you a shirt haha.
Who cares...you're getting 4 tickets for $9.75 each. Everything else is just a bonus...hit the Chick-Fil-A drive thru on the way home.4 chick-fil-a meals included in the deal, yet you can't redeem them in the arena, during the game? TF is the point of that?
$9.75 is about $9.75 too much to watch this s*** show right now. Good incentive to get more people in the seats with free concessions for the family/friends.Who cares...you're getting 4 tickets for $9.75 each. Everything else is just a bonus...hit the Chick-Fil-A drive thru on the way home.
Since we didn't keep him, you mean?
But if you don't buy season tickets you can get a way better deal via the mini plans or the "outrageous" deal for the JMU... this always bothers me as a season ticket holder. Lower the season ticket price and guarantee a couple more sales, even if people don't show. Instead it seems like you backhand the season ticket holders by offering these other deals.
It also makes me sad, because it's a clear sign they don't expect people to show up and are doing anything to get people on the door. Odds are there are more JMU fans this year.

Read an article from the Post from 2015 that said Brad and the AD put together a committee that's looking at major renovations or a new arena. Anyone more connected than I know anything about this or where they are with any decisions?
